Helen's is great for every kind of meal, a quick coffee / snack, a leisurely lunch, a hot soup or wrap and they gave a good array of salads and meats in their bar. Some yummy desserts too! They have seating in store which is such a comfort. I always go to Helen's if I am in the area. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people, I love how they cut the meat in front of you. I ordered a cold sandwich, which was great. Their salad bar is good too.Just some points of improvement, the lady making my sandwich didn’t ask what bread I wanted and gave me a random one, learned later that there were options but she had already made the sandwich and didn’t want to be a jerk. Also need more condiment options, a bit basic.All around great spot, will definitely return if I’m in St Catherine’s.

Huge selection of sandwiches and a large salad bar. Also a good selection of desserts! Sandwich portion looked a bit small but was really filling. This is half of the pork schnitzel on onion bun.

I have always ordered from delivery services but have never had better salads, rueben sandwiches, perogies and so much more> In a time of high inflation they have not made their servings smaller or made with lower cost or quality foods. Their food is so authentic and fresh. I was not fond of their chile but that could have just been me because everything else I have tried has been fabulous.
