I am writing in Farsi for my dear fellow speakers. As the first Afghan restaurant I went to, it had an interesting environment and good food. We ordered meat and chicken. Heff chicken was very tasty and lovely, but the muscle could be better. It was tasteless but cooked well. The rice was a little greasy, which I think is a feature of Afghan food. In general, I recommend.

Hewad is a family favourite for delicious Afghani food in the Niagara region. The customer service is stellar and the food is both tasty and filling. I would recommend this place to anyone looking fo an affordable, hearty dinner option without commuting to the GTA. Can’t recommend this place enough.
We went in for lunch and it was fantastic. Self service, so place your order and find a seat. Food and atmosphere was good. Excellent falafel, nice and crispy outside with a hot & fluffy interior.Chapli kebob was very good. Lamb chops were great. Nice salad and very good seasoning to the rice. We wanted to order more food, but we were stuffed!Looking forward to returning.
