What a great take out fish place. Freddy was so courteous and friendly. Fish tasted so fresh and that crispy batter was fantastic.
We wanted to enjoy fish and chips last night. We had an older $25 gift card from J Monks and called ahead to order. We were informed that the gift certificate would not be accepted since ownership had changed approximately 6 months ago. It would have shown good customer service and goodwill to honour a small gift card for a business that hasn't changed names. We chose not to order from J Monks.

Just had my 4th trip to JmonkS before writing a review just to make sure product and service was consistent. Have to give credit to new owner,Freddy did not disappoint cod was fresh batter was crisp not greasy good sign of clean fresh oil. Will definitely recommend to neighbors. ? ?
