Came in with 6 girlfriends. Had some beers and apps and laughs. The atmosphere was excellent, our server was awesome. He name is Dawn. Helped us with the menu and kept our beers full. We had a great time with her and we will be back.Parking: Lots of free parking on side of restaurant. We will be back
Overall a nice experience. Despite being fairly new and definitely overworked our server was excellent. The food was ok. They forgot the sauce and seasoning for one of our dishes. The rest was a little overcooked or undercooked, but not badly.
This is the St Catharines location at 10 Ymca Drive. Went there and my 13 year old could not order from the kids menu (cut off was 12). Waitress said she would be in trouble if she let her order?! So I suggested we leave and she then disappeared to ask the Manager. So the Manager approved but refused to provide the paid for drink and dessert. They charged the same and gave no more food. Honestly, we come here regularly and I am so disgusted at this. Complained and was told that at least she was served as a child. Big deal. I am still paying for food/service that I am not receiving. So annoyed. Will not be supporting this location anymore. Hope the Manager was happy he saved $3 bucks on the back of a child. ?
