Great service, very tasty food, good value for money. Rating high on my crave scale. Definitely a place you would want to go back to.

The food is fine. The taste is not amazing but fine. Service is good.I ordered vegetable Ramen. The umami of the soup is good, if served with mung bean prout will be better.

Tonkotsu Ramen at its best! Garlic broth. Very creamy and flavourful. Pork was well seasoned and tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair accessible but the washrooms are not.

Went midweek for dinner. The menu has a variety of dishes. Everyone in our group ordered something different and everyone was happy with what they got. We found the food well represented and tasty. I prefer the chicken here to one of the more expensive restaurants in town that serves similar food.

Very bland ramen. No taste of authenticity of a Japanese restaurant. More like Chinese foodVery slow service. Took more than 30 minutes to receive our bill for the mealTonkatsu is overcooked. And the rice ball is not good at all. No seaweed, not much fillings.Would not recommend. You will be wasting your money here if you had better Japanese food before

It was my first time going and it was absolutely fantastic! I will DEFINITELY go again! Cost is reasonable, menu selection is great, service was fantastic!

Service was great and fast. Food taste was good, but I spent almost $17 on a ramen that didn’t even include a full boiled egg, just half. Therefore, I consider it overpriced.

Got take out from Kenzo this evening. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, which had a delicious broth. The staff was also lovely.

We entered the restaurant to find it was incredibly hot and humid. The waitress threw a couple menus on the table that almost slid off the other end and left without saying a word. We ordered our usual stuff, the tonkotsu and black tonkotsu soup. They've changed the soup to some cheap version that has none of the stickiness or flavour that you're used to. The rolled pork was, in my opinion, a chunk of beef. The eggs were extremely cooked. If you need a photo, the other high scoring reviews all show you what I'm talking about. They managed to get it to look like ramen but forgot to make any of the ingredients taste goodThere aren't many ramen restaurants in the Niagara area so since they opened, we've stopped by a couple times a year. It started the same as any other Kenzo but each time we go it feels like there's another corner cut. At this point, they're so far from an enjoyable soup that we give upIn the defense of the waiting staff, I would also be miserable working in that heat. I worked in kitchens and being over a grill stuck in a corner is one thing. You shouldn't feel that same heat as soon as you walk in the door.

Very creamy broth, delicious noodles, pork and veggies on top. I especially liked the bamboo shoots and egg. Very quick service as well.

Found a mosquito in my food and was not offered a replacement. Only 15% off when I barely even touched my food. Horrible service and food has gone down hill. Never been so

I’m somewhat of a regular at Kenzo’s, and I’ve never been as disappointed eating there as I was today. The food was fortunately as good as usual, but the service was horrendous. There is usually an older gentleman working there, who is elite at customer service. Very cheerful, checks in often, and fills your water without asking. There was a young couple working today and it felt like my presence in the shop alone was an inconvenience. I had to ask twice for water (only got it a few minutes after the food was served), and they never stopped by to even offer to refill it or check on us. They were on their phones, eating, and ignoring customers the entire time we were in there. Most likely will not be going back if I see they are working.
