I gotta give it to this restaurant best KFC I have had in awhile. The Slider was tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, the macaroni salad had so much more flavor!!! The gravy was a bit too watered down. The service in the drive thru was spot on, and less than 5 minutes!

Absolutely the worst kfc I have ever had. No white pieces of chicken in a 10 piece, chicken and fries were fried twice, chicken was so over done, hardly anything on the legs. Fries were awful because fried twice. What an absolute disgrace to the restaurant. Will never buy there again

Could not understand order taker in DT. Tried extra crispy, first time. Extremely disappointed. Chicken was okay but NO flavour at all. Tasted like greasy flour. Yes it was crispy but NOT KFC seasoned. And, they've changed their coleslaw....not a fan of the new stuff.

This brand is doomed...cold tasteless food...employees who barely understand or speak English...have been to a half dozen different locations across Niagara in the past 6 months...they are all the same...have heard some locations are serving counterfeit food...I'm done with this
Honestly we won’t be back. Came over to this one for convenience. But the service was super slow. What they should do is have order numbers for food rather than tossing out food as it’s ready. Orders got confused and I had to swap over one of my meals. Another frustration was the cashier was busy taking orders, and the woman packing the orders just leaves it in front of us on her counter, when it’s ready.. instead of walking 3 more steps and handing us our food.Staff was friendly.Place was dirty, and walked in to tables that had to be still cleaned. The countertop for ordering was dirty with smears.It’s a shame cause it was nice inside. Cosy and not too loud. Seemed like a nice please to just relax and hang out with friends. But we won’t be coming back. They need some serious help with organization.

Went thru drive thru, the manager was really nice but I was very specific with my order. When I received my order It was totally wrong like absolutely totally wrong. The food was not good at all as well. I feel I was ripped off. I even asked before I drove off if it was what I ordered and the young man (probably didn't understand english) said yes its correct. But absolutely was not at all. I do NOT reccomend this KFC and I probably won't go back to it ever again.

Once again this KFC screwed up and didn’t give me everything I paid for. Best part was that there was no receipt in the bag to verify this. Not answering the phone when I called back. Definitely worth avoiding this place as they clearly don’t care.

So I finally have a credit card and neither your app or simply going through Google worked. Tried manually typing in the card number and using my Apple Pay and it wouldn’t work. Guess we’re not going to order from you. $164 order lost. Fix your online bugs.
