Best service I have had in a while at a fast food restaurant. The young lady was pleasant and helpful. When I mentioned we were heading to the hospital for a treat for my father, she suggested taking plates and cutlery and tuck some in our bag!! Thank you(Couldn’t get her name but was working 5:30 pm on April 7.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey left us waiting in the drive thru line with no response and 2 cars in front of us for 15min. We had a car stuck behind us so we couldn't leave. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Average experience at KFC. I should have gone to Popeyes instead of getting some colonel's chicken with oil drippin' out. The only good thing here, in my opinion, is the chicken popcorn. Service is fine, but an eatery is primaliry as good (or bad) as it's food.

This one is far better than Ontario street!The service is better! Also the gravy was proper and thick like it should be at KFC. It wasnt watery and soupy, like how they service at Ontario street.Nice job! Thank you!

We met a guy name ryan he was polite but he didnt serve me good i told him that i need fresh and not even one time i told him 3-4 times and he said its just come out and we get the one which is like maybe 1 hour old and the drinks are not even carbonated and the ice machine is not working.
First the sad. Pop dispenser refrigeration was on the fritz. Warm pop and no ice. Hand dryer was also U/S. The good. The chicken is as good as you can get. Off peak times it's still fresh, juicy, including the white meat. And they've been consistently good since their opening.

absolutely revolting not only did they forget both our fries and gave us the wrong drinks but the chicken was overcooked and flavorless. Worst KFC I have ever visited.

The gravy at this location tastes like water. It's so bland.I ordered 2 large popcorn chicken. Had to wait for it to cook understandably, when I finally got it only half of my popcorn chicken was fresh, the rest they gave me was old, cold stuff. If you have someone paying over $30 and waiting nearly 15 mins the least you could do is give them fresh food. It tasted awful. Such a disappointment. This location sucks.
