Went thru the drive thru as I’m on my lunch. Been a few times before no issues.. maybe there’s new owners not sure. Waited about 4 mins to even take my order. Preferred a twister combo. She said 6 min wait. I said fine.. I waited again behind the customer in front of me for 5 mins . I than paid and thought I have already waited 6 mins so it should be fine. Got to KFC around 6:30pm and when I got to the speaker they said that they had run out of chicken and that it would be a 20 minute wait. How does a restaurant that does only ONE thing run completly out of the ONE thing that they sell? They had one job and they failed.So I waited.....didn't have an opprotunity to back out because someone else had already pulled up behind me.
