Places like this should be banned. We ordered for a pickup for New Year's. Called early enough for a 3:30 pickup. She couldn't find our slip. Missed the first quarter of the football game. Food was cold and tasteless. Only 2 ppl working on New Years. How fo they stay in business? Will never come back.

I’m a fair and reasonable person but this was just the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant. We called an order in for NYE at 11:30am today and I arrived at the time we arranged for which was 5pm. Our normal spots weren’t picking up for orders so we needed to try a new place.I understand New Year’s Eve is an extremely busy and demanding time of year for restaurants so I was prepared to be patient. There were six other folks in there waiting.Flash forward 1 HR 45 MINS LATER. I had already paid when I got there and was basically determined to get my damn order after an hour passed. The lady kept telling everyone it was just her husband cooking alone and they were very over whelmed. I mean I get it sort of (mom and pop Chinese spot) but it is not at all reasonable to expect someone to wait close to 2 full hours for chicken balls, pepper beef, low mein and spring rolls. That is crazy!!Maybe if the food was amazing we could’ve laughed it off but the food was literally terrible. It was ICE COLD which makes no sense whatsoever. We had to heat everything up. Even the rice was ice cold. Worst chicken balls we’ve ever had. The noodles portion was small and bland. The beef lacking in taste and spice. Red sauce runny and gross. Just so disappointing after the most insanely long wait.I should’ve known when I got there and saw all the hand written signage everywhere about slow wait times and an office workstation in the middle of the restaurant haha. Just a completely miserable experience start to finish. Totally messed up our evening as I had people waiting for me back home. Even the fortune cookies were stale. Ugh. Hard to believe this place can stay in business. Shameful.

Ordered 2 1/2 hours before I wanted to pick up. It wasn’t even started 1.2 hour past my pickup time. Three other people waiting and one guy had been waiting over an hour and already paid so he couldn’t leave. Woman just yelled at us all demanding our orders. Fortunately I hadn’t paid so walked out. Never again!

I called at 4:16 pm and ordered 2 egg rolls, 2 wonton soup, chop Suey, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, sweet and sour pork. I asked to have it delivered and how long it would take. I was told she didn't know how long it would take. ( How do you not know how long it will take, you know how long it takes to cook the food, how many orders are in the kitchen). You called back to tell me the cost was $100.85. I called back at 6:01 pm to find out where my food was, you said it was on the way the delivery guy just picked it up. You also said you called the delivery company every 5 mins ,3 or 4 times total. I told you my food better not show up cold, I'm not paying for cold food. You told me it was kept under a heat lamp( which don't keep food hot) you then told me I can microwave the food if it wasn't hot. I told you I'm not paying $100.85 to microwave foid.then tried to put all the blame on the delivery company. At 6:17 the delivery guy showed up I asked him to step in I wanted to check the food to be sure it was hot. I handed the driver the bag with the egg rolls which were cold and asked him if they were hot he replied no, at which time I handed him the bags back and told him I am not paying for cold food and asked him to leave. I found you to be very rude on the phone, I have been a chef for 40 years you are not professional with your customers. You own the restaurant you offer delivery service you are responsible for food arriving in a timely fashion hot.

Heard about this place on line and we decided to try it out, good food, but they take their time making it, it's definitely a sit down kind of restaurant where you have a pot of green tea and await dinner. Family run and everything down by hand.

I ordered food today for my 2-times (first time, and last time) for pickup....lady on the phone said she will call me when the order is ready...I thought that was odd and asked how long that would be, she said 30 minutes, maybe 25 minutes, I got there in 30 minutes and still waited 20 minutes............my point is, I got cold food and it was not that good! Not returning!

Didn't even eat the food. Attempted to order for pick up and they call back wanting a payment in advance. No.Do not treat your customers like thieves.Cancelled my order. After reading the other reviews it looks like I made the right decision.

This was absolutely the worst Chinese food we have ever had.First we were treated like potential thieves, she called to say our order was ready for pick up, get there and she wants us to pay in advance, stood there for over 30 minutes waiting.Get home half our food was cold! The meat to breaded ratio was huge and the breading was soggy. The kooloo was tough, the beef was undercooked.

Very sweet lady took my order. We chatted while it was cooking. Absolutely best chinese food we have ever had. Prices are great. Give them a try. This was my first time and will not be my last. Thank you for delicious hot food.

Today I went to order food to take away, the service was totally friendly and courteous, the lady who served me was very nice, the food was delicious, it was prepared at the moment and with completely fresh ingredients, the portions of food are very well served, It is the best Chinese food restaurant I have ever tried, I highly recommend it. 100%
