I have never been treated so poorly by anywhere, I have a simple request for my fish to be wrapped separately from my fries. Guy working told me not a chance even after I offered to pay extra for the extra box. I may add it is 60$ for the 3 pc dinner I was ordering and did not feel it was too much to ask, so he let me walk out saying we can definitely not do that. Awful awful awful

They charged us an extra $15 dollars because we ordered through Uber eats. Price was $15 higher online then on the price list that came with the food. Manager explained that they charge them so they are passing the cost along.... and that we should just order directly through them next

I placed a order at 4:18 and couldn't find the place to set the pickup time on the web page the order was placed and it come up my order would be ready at 4:40 immediately I call and said I wanted to change the pickup time to 5:30 and the gentleman said no problem it would be ready for 5:30 I believe the order sat there from 4;40 till my husband picked it up my Husband got there before 5:30 and it was ready he was home before 5;30 opened the order and everything was cold and not very appealing I know people are saying just put in the microwave but there nothing worst than heating up fish and chips in the microwave this is the last time ordering from there again

First and last time ever ordering from there, ordered 2 specials and asked for extra tarter sauce paid with nice tip, 2 small peices and no tarter sauce to be found. Very dissatisfied, honestly a waste of money.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food and paid extra for 7 extra tar tars just to find out there is 0 tar tars included. my family doesn’t eat fish without tar tar so they didn’t eat anything at all

Totally AWESOME!!! The best fish n chips in town! I don't know why the other reviews said small portions..we hooked up the 5$ lunch specials & the portions were HUGE!! I couldn't finish it all and I'm a pig!! Will be going back again & again!! Kudos to the awesome staff as well!!

Tarter sauce is orange??? The coleslaw had a gray tinge and tasted off and the gravy (if you want to call it that ) was so thin it was transparent on a dipped french fry, so unbelievably disappointed, tartar and coleslaw tasted like nothing but vinegar and the fish had no taste at all .. never again .

I ordered 60$ worth of food but I didn’t get the 2 coleslaws or the 2nd large battered mushrooms. It was 8:56 when we unloaded the food and noticed what was missing so we were out of luck. Just a shame some people in our party who are vegetarians didn’t have their dinner.So I guess the person or persons managing this place disregard any negative reviews. It used to be a respectable place what happened??

My fiancé and I took our daughter to get dinner and our fish was over cooked. The hamburger was bone dry with no dressings at all. The onion rings were way over cooked. Clam strips were cooked solid like breaded nails. We gave our daughter her food and two minutes later she closed the box and handed it back. She’s 2. Our breaded mushrooms were extremely greasy and soggy. And when we called to complain they only offered us a %10 discount on our next order. TRY UNION JACKS FISH AND CHIPS FIRST!!!!!! Save your money
