I was regular customer of Lazees. The shawarma is amazing and the quantity also. But today I experienced a very bad customer service from the lady who served me. There is only one girl was there I don't know here name. She was very rude and when I ask about the details she replied me very badly and rude . I feel so bad ....am also working in a food industry so i don't feel it was the best way to serve a customer.

We came here for the first time this evening. Ordered a Chicken Shawarma and a Shawarma Poutine and 1 can of coke. 32.50$Most topping free but they up charge a 1.00per item if you want extras like hummus. YikesssWrap was good … no real complaints. The poutine was what you would expect. If not my fav place but to the worse I’ve been too.Just go there!

Workers messed up our food. Ordered basic chicken on sticks and wasn’t given any garlic sauce on it. Just chicken and fries?? That too, after confirming if the order was correct.
