Her name was Malwi, and despite being new, her service was exceptional, marked by her politeness and respectfulness.

Was forced to give at least one star and that’s being generous. This location used to be key however it has gone so downhill it’s truly not worth the trip from Niagara Falls.The past several visits to this location have proved to be nothing short of disappointing. The staff is completely ignorant and genuinely seem annoyed by your presence. On more than one occasion we were informed that they aren’t allowed to add mixins to milkshakes despite the fact that I’ve had them in milkshakes FROM THIS LOCATION in the past. The most recent visit they informed me that they didn’t have the proper ingredients to make a milkshake at all. Being that yall are a literal ice cream establishment this just surprises me. Upon deciding to visit again we called ahead to ask if they had a certain flavour and they again were just rude. This location didn’t just go downhill over the years it just landslid straight to the depths of hell. 10/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. I actually didn’t realize how trash this location and its employees were until we visited the 4th ave location.

Horrible customer service...last night we traveled to this location as 4th ave is under renovation...i always order from marble slab as it great ice cream normally from 4th ave as the employees are so nice ,friendly and welcoming!The guy that took my ordered mixed the mix-ins wrong put all the mix-ins even the sause in the bottom and didn't even really mixs them together , then he wouldn't sell me sugar cones apparently they dont do that anymore even tho i got them last week and always order some one the side and when u place a order online(through skip..ext) you can? but ok..when i went to give him my number to collect my points he didn't veryify at all my account and walk away well i was paying didn't give me the recipet. So i went back in got the receipt from the lady as my points didn't apply and she said it takes 24 hours..umm since when? And when i asked how i speak to a manager she said they dont have one and have no idea when one would be in. The guy who did my ice cream order in the beginning yelled at the group 4 people that walked in 25 minutes before closing telling them there is only 20 minutes left like ok? I get it they are busy...but when i waited till today to see if the points would apply and then called to see how to speak with a manager or supervisor the employee said the manager is on leave and supervisor wont be in till sometime next week?..thats awesome.. never mind you horrible customer service or the way these two employee didn't even care to acknowledge a customer who frequently come but can i have my points please. either way horrible customer service, hopefully i can see someone from management next weeks to get it fixed. ?♀️..ill stick to the 4th ave one as they clearly know what there doing?♀️ and acknowledge there customers dont just walk away I appreciate the quick reply with this issue the managaer to fixs this quickly.I was told to go back and when i went in this past monday and tried to use my points for my order of 40 pkus dollar it took all my points of 68 dollars the register froze and nothing would work after 20 minutes i left? i have emailed, texted and just messaged head office . Haven't heard anything back just want my points added back to my account please and thank you

Wanted to treat myself and these 2 lovely ladies treated me to COOKIE BUTTER icecream which happens to be one of the greatest icecreams ever!!!!! Thank you Lin & Amber you guys are amazing people and super hilarious ?????? ❤️????Never been here before, definitely coming back!

Apparently everything is made on site, from the cones to the ice cream.Today there were no cones, because the cone making machine is broken, but we don't mind.A lot of shopping options nearby in the Pendale Plaza, and across the street at the Pen Centre.Plenty of free parking, with some Tesla Destination Chargers (three Tesla plugs, and one J1772).I almost took a star away, because I cannot find anything here without added sugar, aside from the bottled water, and the nuts for ice cream toppings, but my son just spotted some bananas behind the counter!

My daughter went for ice cream at this location this evening and was treated rudely when she asked for her ice cream to be mixed in a bowl as she has celiac disease. The lady in front of her also required her ice cream to be mixed in a bowl and the worker was pleasant, but when my daughter asked she was told that they only use the bowl when someone has a deathly allergy. Give me a break! How hard it it to use a bowl. It’s not like she was asking much.

Ordered a black and white photo cake. They tried to give me a black and GREEN photo cake when I went to pick it up. Manager (Ashley) was useless. For a $62 cake, she offered me a $14 refund. I walked out with no cake, no refund. I will NEVER spend another cent in that store, and Ashley should be fired. Went to DQ, the manager had a cake ready in 5 minutes with the proper picture.

The manager (Ashley) would not even speak to me over the phone about the mistake, but instead told an employee to offer me a partial discount. Terrible customer service, and way too expensive for things they can't even do right. won't be going back EVER and I strongly recommend everyone else does the same.
