Joanne was on a weird power trip over who could use the bathroom. Asked to use it, she said somebody was in there and to wait so I waited for 15 minutes only to ask somebody different who let me right in.... Absolutely embarassing this middle aged lady would lie about that. Hope that little bit of power you worked so hard for was worth it Joanne. Everyone else was wonderful but you're only as strong as your weakest link.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this MacDonald's location, particularly during the night shift managed by Evan. Not only was the service very poor and unprofessional , but Evan's behaviour was shockingly rude and displayed a concerning racist mentality. It felt as though customers, including delivery drivers, were treated as if they should beg for their orders rather than being served with basic courtesy and respect. Extremely disappointing…..

The food was good for what McDonald's is. The service was great, and staff was friendly; however, management seems to be somewhat degrading to the employees. The way I seen and over heard this manager speak to one of the employees was embarrassing, and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating another person that way. They did it right in front where you get served your food so it wasn't hidden or in private whatsoever. The management clearly needs to take a few lessons on how to treat their fellow employees. I never got a name of the manager, but the date and time it happened was March 22nd, 2024, at roughly 5:15pm. They need to be spoken to.

The service lately hasn't been as good as usual. The food is great but service has forgetful lately. With straws, condiments, napkins and even giving us the wrong drinks. This location has proven to be the best location in St Catharines. I usually do mobile orders, through the drive-thru or the parking spot. After the renovation, the parking lot is a much better experience. Although it can sometimes get busy, the workers usually work pretty efficiently with getting your meal quickly. They also expanded the drinks because after the renovation they acquired Coke zero.

THE WORST experience! First of all service is crappy, slow as molasses and bad attitudes, we asked for a refill for a drink and they refused to give us one while other restaurants they do refills, Would I come back here? No!
Ordered a bagel BLT, I don't know if something's wrong with their bagel toaster, but it was too hard unlike the other McD's I've gone to.

Worker was very rude when my uncle came in to order 5 coffees. Said the app was down and refused to help us when we asked if there was a way we could still collect points. The coffees was supposed to be triple triple but there was no sugar at all, kind of a bad experience.

I ordered a wrap on my work break like I do every once in awhile. I normally love them but I ate through 3/4 of it realizing the chicken was undercooked, I’ve been feeling nauseous for 2 days now. Will not be ordering here again….
