Play place is great! My daughter loved it and this was our first visit but.....Took a long time to get one happy meal and iced coffee and only one person infront of me, if the staff moved any slower they would be going backwards. Got to my table and they forgot the chocolate milk and it was probably the worst coffee I've ever had.

I went this morning with my family and I was missing few items, the cleaner this morning Jeremiah went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. Saved us a lot of time waiting in the line.Great service!

This place .... SMH sooo many bad things I can say about this place. But mainly the manager, Shana or something, I'm not sure how she got a jog in management with the customer service skills of a brick wall ? she was the rudest human I've ever come across! Instead of dealing with her b.s I went home and ordered from the app. I was disgusted by her overall diplomacy and conduct. She was rude, disrespectful and discriminating. I mean I live in southern Ontario, where racism is HORRIBLY BAD AND WIDESPREAD. but this girl took it to a whole new level. Do better mc Donald's, u really don't want the likes of her representing you. Trust me! Do yourself a favor and get Wendy's or bk or go to the one on Niagara!!

This visit was very pleasant it took a little while to get my order at the front desk because I'm doing the old fashioned talk to her actual person kind of transaction which I don't think they're ready for but once ordered was good give me a drink or a cup beforehand and food was nice and hot fries were amazing I'll always be going to this location

Almost always have to pull up and wait when using the drive through, I’ve used the app/curb side pick up and had things missing from the order. Staff seem pleasant enough and friendly though.
