Hostess greets us and says 20 minutes for a table but won't take our names. We got here before 7:30. Tell her we will wait at the bar for our table. She says she will remember us. 40 minutes later we inquire. Now it's going to be 30-60 minutes for a table. We complained to a manager who seated us within 10 minutes. Lots of empty tables. Lots of wait staff. Still took another 30 minutes for wait staff to take our order. At least the food was good. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The most terrible place to be. Felt unwelcome and didn’t want to offer a service at all to my family and I. Those who came after us were all seated by the hostess and as for my family and I, we were ignored as if we didn’t even exist. We waited over 25 minutes waiting to be seat yet nothing happened. My husband finally waved the hostess while she was looking at our direction and pretended not to see us. Then my husband spoke and asked what is the protocol and why we are not seated. Then she replied “ we don’t have any seat unless you want to sit at the bar or you have to wait until a seat becomes available.” When then asked how long it may take she then replied rudely “I don’t know may 45 minutes “ then she proceeded to attend to the other customers. Mind you, we have now waited over 35 minutes or even more. Note, that over 3 other families plus 2 other couples who also came in after us were all seated. As I made mentioned prior, we felt unwelcome. This is the worst of service we have ever gotten from such establishment. My family and I eat at this food chain restaurant at least twice a week. This is not acceptable and we will no long will be supporting such establishment and will take our business else where we are appreciated and treated with respect. I wish instead of 5 stars there should also have negative 5 five stars and beyond.

First of all, the place is hard to access if you don't know where you're going.We ordered steak with baked potato and coleslaw. Waitress brought us baked beans and potato was cold. Of course, by the time she got to kitchen and nuked potato, the steak was lukewarm. Can't say I enjoyed any of it.Then the waitress comes with the Bill and debit machine and we're still waiting for our Apple crisp dessert. Btw, when it came, it was the hilite of the meal. Delicious.I get a chance to look at the bill and menu said 10 oz steak $29.99 but our bill said $32.99. I asked why and she said the extra cost was the typical little packets that all restaurants have, of sour cream and butter for our potato. Three (3) bucks for something everyone else gives away. Ok so it's calculated into the price in most places but not here.Not going back and that was my easy going husband. I agreed.

I usually wait to write a review however I just got home from a brutally poor customer service experience. I am a single gal who eats out almost every night and I like to sit at the bar and have a few drinks and eat after work. As soon as I sit down I should be greeted and I am not, I wait and wait and wait. Almost 10 minutes later she finally comes over. I Honey?! she says. Bad, I am not your honey. I order my favorite antojito's and have my drink. Finish my drink and wait and wait and wait. Yes I would like another, Honey. Brutal! Ask me my name, Kennedy. That is your name. I was going to leave after that but decided to order fish and chips to go. I could have had at least 3 more drinks but she was so pitifully slow and not on the ball I just paid and waited for my to go food. I have noticed from my 3 years gone and my recent return to a city from small town 1600 people in Nunavut that the big chains have lost the mark at their bars. They are not busy and the bartenders are not friendly at all. Not sure what is going on and why the niceties have gone away.? Kelsey's, Montana's, Jack Astor's and the like just have really bad bar keeps and the focus is on the restaurant which really isn't that busy either. And the wait staff help the bar keeps. So they have no excuse to avoid, ignore and just plain out blow you off when you arrive. And not stay on top of you at the bar. I will stick to the small establishments that actually care.
