I got a last minute catering order for my office of 40-50 people. I called the day before and the staff was very kind and accomodating. They sent the reciept right away, offered many options and it was a great interaction. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed the lunch. We will definitely be using them again.

Louisiana Pepper Chicken is my favorite sub, but what happened! I can't believe I paid $10 for this. It's like 5 slices of chicken. So disappointing.This wasn't a "bad experience", it's a bad product. You reduced the size and increased the price.When you reduced the size of the meat portion, you forgot to adjust the microwave time. So you also dried it out into jerky

This is the best Mr.sub location in st Catharine’s( in my opinion) The bread and toppings are always fresh, and the employees are always super friendly. I live closer to the welland ave location but drive the extra bit to get a good sub! Never gotten a sub I didn’t enjoy!

This location was day and night when compared to another location. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Both subs were done to perfection. Both were Gardein meatball subs. The meatballs were lined end to end. There was sufficient marinara sauce to make the sub moist but not drenched. Ingredients were all fresh, including the multigrain bread. This will now be my location of choice.

This evening there was a guy in front of my grandma and I the guy orders a sub with no meat. the lady accidentally put meat on it, “ the guy said it was ok to just leave it on the sub.” She didn’t listen picked the meat back off the sub “the meat was full of mayonnaise” and she threw it back in with the rest of the meat!. “what if someone was allergic to something in the mayonnaise?”

This location is a flipping joke. They cannot get an order right ever! Got the wrong bread, and my order was missing a whole sub! Having to drive across the city for the missing sub is such an inconvenience. Hope they give my man something extra to make up for it.
