Just had the pizza amazing just as I remembered as a kid growing up in beamsville huge wings haven't had it in about 20yrs super delicious talked with the owner super nice gentleman I drove from stoney creek to st Catherine's to try it most definitely will be going
Very good pizza and NO you don't ever want to cook pizza too long it dries the crust and pizza out .It takes nothing to ask if you want YOUR personal pizza cooked long but to say cook all longer is like umm NO.Example i stopped eating pizza altogether for about 10 years because of the simple fact everyone was coking it too long and even worse when thin crust became popular.
