My wife and I usually really enjoy our shawarmas, but a new employee made ours today and it was subpar. They skimped on the extras, including the sauce. Very dry. And they forgot my extra pita (didn’t realize until I got home). Hope they fix this in the future!

I recently tried Osmows, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious - fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I'd definitely recommend it for a delightful dining experience!

Avoid the location in Caledonia, Ontario. Make sure you ask for a receipt: the teller hopes no one counts their change: she tried short-changing me a toonie. The wrap was hard and dry; the chicken hard and stale; she put on hot sauce when I told her mild.
