While their pizza is amazing it seems that every time I pay for stuffed crush when ordering through Uber Eats, they never send me stuffed crushed.

Just ordered from uber, they threw the sauces on top of the pizza so that it melted with the cheese. and didnt even close the pizza box properly. The pizza tasted really gross. I thought i bought from the other st catharines one that is always good. But i didnt and clearly see why ppl avoid this place.

Why would u charge extra for normal crust (at least on Uber eats) for the Alfredo cheesy pizza and make the gluten free cost nothing, that’s really brainless. Change

You guys sold me a day old pizza. You got to be some of messed to be doing that. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all, consistent screw-ups every order, I would highly recommend ordering from the Glendale location as they actually have an idea as to what they're doing and overall this is disgusting and I will be following up.

***SCAM ALERT ****Approximqtely 1730 hours04th November 2023 St. Catharines location.I bought my pizza as I always do on Saturday nights. I went and picked it up and the cost was 25% higher then it should have been. The clerk added on a 25% tip and told me just to tap. I noticed the price and started to question him. He said it was up to me to put a no tip on the purchase. This is wrong as it only happens when some staff are working.Words to the wise ensure you know the price after tax you are supposed to pay.

Ordered bogo 2 small butter chicken pizzas. Was the worst pizza I've had ever. Skimpy on the toppings, crust so doughy and under cooked. Wanted 2 different pizzas but was told for bogo had to b the same. Sauce was watery and just a tiny amount. Never ever will get papa johns pizza again. Don't waste your money.

I ordered delivery so I can’t honestly give you more or less than 3 stars so I remained neutral @ 3 to be fair OK. I ordered on UBER. Eats the BOGO FREE & got the 12” Pepperoni & Meatball well done & the 10” Donair Pizza w/Feta as an extra topping. I found the crust very chewy & not crispy as I expected a well done pizza to be. The sauce is very tasty & meatballs & pepperoni were decent. Overall taste was good but skimpy on the meats!! The Donair pizzas tasted go but crust is flimsy & barely supports toppings as it bends in half when I picked each slice up. Not enough Donair meat & I don’t understand why you’d put any pepperoni on a Donair pizza, this simply baffled me !!! I strongly suggest some changes are made in these areas or my review has been entirely a waste of my time OK….

Ordered a large cheese + pepperoni. The pizza was very heavy... Dough was thick and lots of cheese. The dough was a little too thick than we usually like to eat and the pepperoni was underneath the thick layer of cheese. The kids ate it so it was ok but they were really hungry. Due to heaviness and the hidden small amount of pepperoni used we give this pizza a 3 out of 5.

Changed Crust to Epic Stuffed Crust and the cheese was not melted at all.We always order hawaiian pizza here, but this will be our last order. Ordered hawaiian pizza and there was only few of pineapple, thought we ordered cheese pizza :(
