Spent 18 minutes on hold trying to order a pizza, (it was a Saturday night so I get they are jammed up), but not even an acknowledgment of my presence with a “hey sorry we’re busy, be with you when we can” just nothing, I really enjoy the pizza here but when I called Pie Guys they answered in 30 seconds even though they we’re probably in the weeds as well, would just prefer some better customer service

Ordered a tray with 3 toppings that was a special, and two pounds of wings. Total came to almost $60. Pizza crust was cardboard like and cheese was not good quality. The wings didn’t come with blue cheese and were very small. Customer service was also poor, the female that was working was not happy to be there.

I ordered pizza and 2 lb of wings a week ago and my 2 lb of wings were completely and utterly unedible they were so burnt and I'm frankly shocked they sent them out that burnt.

Excellent pizza....or used to have.... The last 4 times I've tried to order pizza (over a 2 month span) they have not picked up their phone. A voice message says they're on the other line and to try calling back. Did that several times and took my business elsewhere. If they're that busy they should have a system that allows you to wait or an online ordering system or even multiple people answering phones.

I have been getting pizza from this locstion for about 5 years now...approx 1 to 2 a month. Ordered yesterday at 1 40 pm. 25 min till pickup. Got there and employee says burnt my pizza and making a new one. By 2 :35 pm it was ready. No offer of discount or anything. I didnt say much and didnt leave a tip. When she seen this she wasnt happy... WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN...

I got there for them to tell me they only do slices of pepperoni pizza. Vegatarians stay away from business that dont care about us. Never tried them and never will now. They will not have my business ever.

Decided to give them a try recently and was very pleased with the food and service! We ordered the 24 slice & 2lb wing deal twice over the last month, both times pizza has been cooked great, not soggy, toppings were as requested (we do half and half things) and they offer bacon strips as a topping which I love! Will definitely be one of our go-to’s from now on!!

Ordered 12 slice pizza 4 toppings for $25, not bad.When we got home the pizza was sloppy, WET and undercooked.We had asked for thin crust and cup-n-char pepperoni - was charged 2x toppings for the pep… it was still raw on the pizza.Won’t be ordering from here again.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews on here! Have ordered pizza for pick up twice and so far both have been amazing. Great quality toppings, they really load them up. This is the best quality pizza I have had outside of the main chains where I live (pizza nova). I’m not from the area (2 hours away), but when I pass through I always make sure to bring home a party size pizza. Great quality, fair value in the price.
