Ordered today perhaps 40 minutes ago, not attended with friendliness or care to my order, which is surprising because I usually have good experiences at Pita pit locations. My daughter said the chicken was cold inside pita and tasted different so I ofcourse got concerned and yes it was true when I tried it. It was still semi cold and too chewy to be cooked properly.I'm sorry but thats not ok. Chicken needs to be properly cooked before placing in pita - could cause salmonella .And if you are not happy at your job, please don't work in food industry.People don't need to get sick because workers are lazy to do their job or aren't feeling it. I also realized at home that I hadn't been given the cookie either included in the kids meal. I'd like a recompensation for my poor daughter getting half cooked chicken and not what I paid for .Kid-friendliness: Kids need cooked food ! Humans in general do but children have very sensitive digestive tracts .
The two young ladies that took our order and prepared are food were the best! This was our first time at a Pita Pit and we didn't know anything about the menu or the restaurant. The staff was patient, helpful, and extremely kind with us providing us suggestions and the food was awesome!

Absolutely amazing service! The restaurant was clean and the front where they keep their veggies was all fresh and stalked it was very appealing. The workers who were on shift were very friendly! They greeted me as I walked in the door and were very helpful and kind with any questions I had in the process of ordering. Overall, this was a very amazing service that satisfied my lazy night last minute dinner craving.Vegetarian options: Very inclusive with vegetarian options! They have black bean, falafel, halloumi plus your good old fashion veggie!Kid-friendliness: They even have a whole kids menu that comes with a free cookie and a juice box!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front of the store! Very accessible

I found a gift card from the Pita Pit given to me from my wife as a stocking stuffer this past Christmas 2022. I decided to use it today. Unfortunately, when the clerk scanned the card it showed up as empty. The supervisor at the time, her name is 'Amythest' said to me that she would honour the gift card. That was very nice of her to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I've only recently discovered the Pita Pit and I enjoy their food. Thank you Amythest for your great customer service. See you again soon.
