Was the only one in the store today .. guy rushed everything chicken and veggies cold cold maybe 4 min. on the grill ... idk I'm not in a rush I just want what I paid for ... not food poisoningThe guy was a good talker though totally distracted me from the fact he had me out the door less than 5 min February 28th 11:44am. 4th Ave location st catharines..... happened again. No customers except for me ... food rushed again. Chicken cold. Maybe 5 second toasted wrap.... honestly we done mind waiting for food that we paying for. Why the rush. I used to go pita pit always for healthy lunch daily?

February 24, 2024Pita Pit staffs are amazing, especially their supervisor on duty (didn’t got the chance to ask her name). She was so friendly and very accommodating to us. I tried to ask her if I could take my dog inside the store, and she immediately ask the other customers if they were okay and comfortable with the dog inside. All the customers agreed. So she gave us the area where we could stay and even gave my dog a special treats. Her gesture was so amazing and the way she accommodates was superb. She also served us their delicious chicken shawarma wrap! Isn’t it amazing! Kudos to all staffs in Pita Pit especially their supervisor on duty. Long live and God bless Pita Pit! ??❤️

I can't say enough about the stuff that work there. They've always gone over and above for my orders as well as my son's. One time my card wouldn't work and Carter who's a magnificent person always makes great conversation orders are always perfect he spoke with the store supervisor I believe her name was Melissa and they found a way for my app to acknowledge the funds that it had all the while making amazing conversation and Peters for myself as well as every other guest in the restaurant. I truly cannot say enough about these two they definitely do their job with a smile on their faces and a genuine interest and concern for their patrons. Any employer would be proud to have them be the face of their company and would be devastated to lose them as an employee. If there was availability for more than five stars these two would get it. This restaurant is always cleaned almost to Perfection levels the staff is always friendly and very helpful to their patrons I've seen them help the elderly as well as children and go out of their way for them. I love this location the staff the management especially Melissa and Carter

Staff was nice but very over priced! Over $18 for a "steak and cheese" pita. Food was cold when I got home after about 30 seconds on the grill. Recommend this place if your ideal pita is bread and vegetables.

Grabbed a smoothie and a pita and was greeted right away by Carter. Great guy, great personality! He definitely knew how to keep a conversation alive! He did a great job making my order and he was pretty quick as well. He gave off a great energy and I can honestly say I’ve never met anyone like that! It was pretty refreshing and I had a great experience. Keep up the awesome work Carter, you rock! ?

Service and staff are awesome. Very friendly and fast with your order. Ingredients are fresh and your pita is made to order. Clean facility and washroom. Keep an eye out for deals and coupons. The music was too loud inside. Hard to hear the staff. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge. Lots of parking just not out front of the place.
I went in tonight to grab some food and was Greeted by Carter. He had a great energy. He was professional, friendly and fast, and he did it all with a smile on his face. He made real personal talk beyond the normal small talk. He managed himself while multiple customers were in the store. He kept the same attitude and customer service with each customer. Carter is a great example of an employee That you wanna have working for you Food was spot on also

Stopped into this location today for lunch. My partner is gluten free and he has chicken shawarma and I had a falafel. The sandwiches were extra good. Friendly staff. It was very busy (after 1:30) and the staff were working very hard and got everyone’s orders as quick as possible without being rushed. Great job.Vegetarian options: They were very accommodatingDietary restrictions: They asked about the gluten free if it was a preference or a food allergy. They really care.Parking: The store was a bit difficult to find because of the way the parking lot and streets are laid out.

Exceptional staff! We came in with a very old gift card we found, and it wouldn't work with their new systems.Melissa and her co-workers tried every possible option and went out of their way to try to get it to work. When it seemed hopeless, they took our information to do a follow up with head office.I wish every place had staff as dedicated to a good customer experience as they are here.Pita was pretty good too.
