The worst pizza experience ever!!! Don't even bother to go!Don't know why customers even visit this place, such a horrible customer service..We visited the place tonight for XL pizza and stromboli. Guess what, inside of the stromboli was totally raw (see the pics)... Seems uncooked...total waste of $8.50...we tried calling to complain, but none attended even.Seems like they need to train their staff not only for how to serve customers but also cooking!!!!IF YOU EVER WANT TO TRY PiZZA; DO NOT EVEN BOTHER VISITING THIS PLACE!!!****PIZZA PIZZA management should do some serious consideration of Scott street place continuation!

I went to this pizza pizza to dine in with my family . I had very bad experience took very long to take my order wipe his face did not wash his hands while handing the food . Since I order a family meal ask for plates did not have any at hand . also he was very disrespectful to me did not apologize instead he talk about me in his language a laugh. I do not recommend this pizza pizza on Scott street unprofessional !

I recently tried the pizza from this local Pizza Pizza for the first time, and I have to say, I'm baffled by the negative reviews. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. The pizza was absolutely amazing, with a perfect balance of flavors and a delicious crust.What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Jass, the person who assisted me, was incredibly nice and polite. They made the whole ordering process enjoyable and were attentive to every detail.I can't understand why some people had a different experience, but based on my visit, I highly recommend this place. Keep up the excellent work!

The pizza is great, I order all the time. However the drivers are blunt and just funny when they ask for a tip. The desperation is just horrible. I always have a tip ready regardless. On every occasion I'm not sure if it's the same driver or not but the fellow litterly holds my pizza hostage untill he knows there is a tip. Then when I give him he walks away without saying thank you or even bye. I like your pizza but stop hiring these drivers who littlerly just drive and kill the whole experience at the end.

This is bread with cheese. Very bad service in this place. They disabled the card machine so that you can pay. They tell you that it is broken. Pay cash. He objects and tells him that it has been turned on. The staff is not nice at all.

The girl was not wearing gloves while making pizza. She told not to eat pizza from here if we need hygiene. So rude. Bad for the owner to keep such staff.

This is a typical Pizza Pizza restaurant. It is located in the northwest area of Grantham Plaza. The interior is spacious and clean. We were there on a Tue 12:30 to 12:55. It wasn't too busy. We ordered the following:1. Canadian Eh! slice ($4.75).2. Tropical Hawaiian slice ($4.75).3. Coke bottle ($2.69). The service was as expected. The Canadian Eh! has cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, and bacon crumble. It was luke warm since it had been sitting in the display case of available pizza slices and reheated in the oven. My slice had very little bacon crumble on it. We were asked if we were willing to wait 5 mins for the Tropical Hawaiian slice because a fresh whole pizza was almost ready from the oven. It was extremely hot when it came out, but it was more puffed up than it if it were sitting in the display case for a while. It tasted so much better when it was freshly made. The Hawaiian has mozzarella cheese, bacon strips, bacon crumble, bacon strips, and bacon. Unfortunately, I didn't get a cheese pull. What can I say about a bottle of Coke?! The receipt has a request for a feedback survey for a chance to win a $250 gift card. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's private parking lot. Review 2023-099

DO NOT EAT HERE. I made a post regarding this issue on Facebook with video proof that this location has an active cockroach infestation. Many people are expressing to me that they have also witnessed one there. I saw 5 in the lobby. I’ve contacted public health however they allegedly legally can’t and wont shut them down. This place is being sprayed and fumigated while it stays open for everyone to eat there.

Roaches in the restaurant during broad day! Disgusting!!!! That means infestation and you are probably getting extra toppings you don't want. Inspection needs to be done here asap.
