I showed up around 4:00 yesterday (Saturday, March 23rd) with my kid to get a pretzel. We had to wait cause they had only one left, which was absolutely no problem and I said so. The young woman serving us couldn’t have been more miserable or apathetic. I work in retail, I get it. But this person was absolutely taking out their apathy and contempt for their job on her customers. When I asked her how she was she looked upset that she had to interact with me, and asked me impatiently if there was any way she could HELP me. When I said have a nice day, she refused eye contact and said “you too”- but she was giving me a sour look while she said it. It wasn’t busy, there was no one behind me. Unacceptable rudeness for absolutely no reason. This is the wrong person for a customer service job.

Today we stopped to get some pretzels. Specifically the cinnamon topped pretzels. Great tasting. No dip required. The service was slow to recognize us waiting. No type of acknowledgement just abrupt service. Clean countertop. Big selection. Will buy from again, hopefully service is a bit better. ?

Pretzels are really good! Love the cinnamon swirl and I like to get the vanilla sugar dip.I bought one for my husband and he didn't like it though...he got a savoury one (garlic I think) and he said it was too sweet.They recently had a price increase as well so I'm not really sure how I feel about paying over $5 for one pretzel. But they are delicious and I often get these instead of Cinnabon or kernels !

I couldn't believe it but the woman working had her small child serving customers. This is a serious child labor violation. Many people at the counter aside from myself were just as concerned. My 8 year old daughter was older than the child that served her an icee, and he served her the wrong flavor ? (no fault of his own. He's a child).I don't know how to report this, but this is absolutely not acceptable.

The employee had her airpods in and was on the phone the whole time, didnt wash her hands moving from the register to making the pretzels, made the first pretzel wrong. Pretzels were okay
