The "Nugget bucket" was very good! Lots of food sauce options. I also got the Pepperoni strikes back panzeroti and it was absolutely delicious! ? The pineapple pizza was also very good. The music was great, decor was nice, they also have two pinball machines! I highly recommend checking out this place! The Server was also very pleasantVegetarian options: Fully vegan restaurant!

By far one of the best Vegan restaurants in Niagara! I visit almost every week for an amazing meal!Parking: On St. Paul Street there is lots of on road metered parking. Bonus in St. Catharines after 6 pm is free.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu for dine in! My kids love this restaurant.

I've been going to Rise Above on and off for twelve years. They make great food that everyone is able to enjoy. I recently tried the Eggplant Parm and it was delicious. They deserve a full 5 star rating.

I love everything about this restaurant! The food is phenomenal! I brought 3 friends who had never been to a vegan restaurant before and they all loved it. The server was super nice and the restaurant has a nice calm atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options too!
Very charming little restaurant in an interesting old section of St, Catherine's. It's convenient if you're traveling the QEW-less than a 10 minute drive from the highway.
Good range of choices on the menu. I chose to have two appetizers: wings with bbq sauce and mushrooms stuffed with vegan cheese and pesto. The wings and sauce were very good, but next time I'll order the sauce on the side-it was a bit too much sauce for me. Mushrooms were pretty good, but next time I'll try a sandwich or entree.
I also had the tiramisu cake, which was good, but I'll try one of the other desserts next time.

Great vegan food, interesting choices Dined here again last night, so good, been too long! The seitan wings were absolutely delicious! The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. They were out of the spinach dip, so we both chose to have a dessert. Tiramisu cake and strawberry cheesecake. It's hard to believe your eating vegan with food this good!

This was a happy last minute find. The menu had a lot of options, with the ability to choose soup as a side instead of chips which we appreciate.
I ordered the crunch wrap and buffalo chikn Mac n cheese (which was unfortunately too spicy for me, but my partner loved it). The Oreo cheesecake and regular cheesecake with fruit compote were super super good - indistinguishable from the fairy version
Prices were very fair and the staff was super friendly and nice.

I’m only giving this place 3 stars, instead of 5, simply for their tipping intimidation for orders you place online and pickup yourself. This needs to stop. I’m paying for the food, and now I need to tip you to pick it up, myself? It actually shows this on your digital receipt. “Restaurant Tip” - I have a job where i’m directly responsible for peoples lives, and I don’t get tipped. The food service industry is out of control with tipping.
