The mixed meat shawarma poutine is the best poutine I've ever had in Canada, and the baklava is some of the best I've ever had, period. The hummus is also superbly creamy. The woman who served us could not have been more welcoming either. She made us feel very much like we were appreciated customers.

It's taken me two years of living in this city to FINALLY find a good shawarma place (I'm from Waterloo and they have so many good shawarma places I was pretty disappointed when I moved here and tried quite a few and none of them compared to how good they were in KW) but then I gave this place a try and it's SO GOOD I like the mixed shawarma platter but the chicken is really good too. Have gone four times now and everytime it's been great! My husband said the woman who works the counter is super nice as well. The hummus is really good and tastes homemade which I've found the other places around here don't and the garlic sauce is really lemmony it's great!

So I took the plunge despite the reviews and here is my honest review. I ordered just before close using door dash. I bought the "buy one get one" and the portion sizes were great to the point I can get 4 meals out of the 2 and the rice was not dry like many others have said. However, I was wondering where my salad was? It was under the hot chicken and not separated from the hot food. I don't care how a business does things but NEVER mix the cold food with the hot food. If people wanted to do this they could do it themseleves and this shouldn't have to be requested, like ever. I wasn't happy about having to pick through my salad. This is likely what people meant that the salad was awful or the lettuce was shriveled. Other than that the food was okay and yes it is also true there are some chunks of random pieces of fat in the chicken. At the end of the day I expect to get what I pay for no matter what. Nonetheless, I'll try them one more time and hopefully I can enjoy my salad the next time around and no random pieces of fat in the chicken as these are two things that can be easily fixed and avoided. Also, they did automatically give utensils without request which is always nice because not everyone remembers. Cheers

When I tell you this is the best place to eat shawarma it’s a must go everything is always so fresh you won’t want to go anywhere else they also opened their menu more with tacos burger burrito’s that I am very excited to try :) awesome job!

My new addiction!Soo happy I tried this spot out! Wish I tried it sooner. The food here is delicious and the portions remind me of the good old day ( every other place has been cutting back taking away the value). I have nothing but good things to say about this spot. This place doesn't have all the bells and whistles like other spots but what it does have us great food, amazing portion sizes and the right price!I eat here at least 2 times a week since trying it.Service is friendly and usually quick!Food is delicious.Price point is great.Hummus is actually my favourite from here.I probably won't go back to any my other spots. Unless something changes at this spot.If you haven't tried this place. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Not only is the food absolutely incredible, but the hosts are truly the highlight of my experience here! It is such a welcoming environment, and the food is soooo delish!!! Will definitely be coming back, and definitely recommend :))

Shawarma point never disappoints! Their chicken shawarma platter is the best around, they don't mess around with portion sizes, they give you plenty of meat as well, safe to say I can never finish it. I highly recommend these guys, best shawarma platters in town. Edit: this platter was so heavily filled I couldn't close the lid properly hence the spillover, portion sizes speaks for itself.

This is my first time at Shawarma Point, right from the start I was immediately greeted and welcomed, I love the service I received Being my first time I was going to get the beef wrap and ended up choosing the beef donair platter instead. The scent from the spices coming from the meal very warm and inviting and spice level for me was perfect ! I loved the hot sauce drizzled on my beef and I could not wait to dig in. The beef was cooked perfect and very tender. I enjoyed it and will definitely come back again, Thank you for the great service! ?
