Honestly the best Subway restaurant in St Catharines. It's very clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in the man at the register greeted us. The women who made our sandwiches was very polite and what I liked most she was patient with my 7 year old nephew. I like to let him order his own food and pick what he wants which at times can take a bit. She smiled and waited to see what he would pick next. My nephew loved his sandwich and ate it all. As we sat in the restaurant eating I was pleasantly pleased with how they treat all their customer. A lot of restaurants in the area could really take a few tips on customer service from this place. Good customer service makes the food taste better. Keep up the good work we will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available

The subway inside the pen is much much better then this. This was my first and last time visit to this store. Have recommended my friends and colleagues to avoid going to this location. The staff is very rude and the bread was hard like rock. When confronted the staff for bread being hard they said it’s crispy. Everyone knows what is difference between hard and crispy. I went two times to the store to get my bread exchanged but second time was more worst then the first time. Worst worst experience.
