Lineup of customer during a lunch rush, instead of helping the people waiting beforehand, the girl running the location decided to take a 15 min break instead of helping out first.Either hire more people to help out during the lunch rush, or take a later break.Do better.

I have never been to this particular Subway before and none usually stand out until I was greeted by Paige who made my sub. She definitely makes the Subway experience one to remember, very kind, and genuine person, and the facility itself is very clean and tidy. My go-to Subway from now on!

Ordered three subs and one was a meal. Placed the order for delivery through the app.All three subs had issues; from missing ingredients to being toasted when requested not to wrong chips being sent.I reached out through the website to receive a refund or store credit only to get a generic scripted response, “ I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future.Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon.Harry GrewalFranchisee”Really disappointed and wish they would have Atleast offered me the same order made correctly.Please choose a different sub shop - Mr. Sub, submission, firehouse (most subways are owned by the same franchisees).

Sneaking tips automatically onto bill when using debit card is very deceitful when no signage up or asking if I’d like to add a tip.Never again

Used the app to order a sub and when i picked it up my food was completely wrong as it was missing part of my order. The cookies they gave me were barley cooked, and so soggy from the oil that they were inedible. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else
