So I forget our servers name but I remember it's named after a van. She has a great sense of humor. Quick witted and make our first visit fun. Me and my buddy definitely will be coming back for sure. Don't loose her she's a great asset along with the other staff. The food was awesome and place was clean. Definitely will return.

Was not impressed, we decided to call and order breakfast this morning. The person who answered and took our order was rude and kept interrupting my boyfriend everytime he would try to order, to speak to other people the entire phone call. We picked up the breakfast and when we opened it, it looked like left overs.. the hollandaise sauce tasted like it had been watered down to the point you really couldn't taste it. Come here if you want an abundance of mediocrity.
Came in on a Sunday morning, hoping to get some food in our system before hitting the road. The place was obviously busy, but it’s a breakfast place, so you expect those things and assume that the staff are equipped to handle it. Well… not here. First off, there’s a typical “please wait to be seated” sign at the entrance, which we abided by. Awkwardly stood there for about a minute, while the servers were just maneuvering around us without saying a word. Then, one of the staff just kind of mumbled “wherever you want”, when walking past us. So we sat ourselves down at a first available table. At least it was clean - the reason why I am giving a generous 3-star. Then we ended up waiting for about 10 minutes at a visibly empty table, with no attention from any of the staff. I mean… there WAS attention as they gave us glances when walking by our table. But they didn’t even give us the menus or at least acknowledge our presence there.Decided to leave when one of the patrons (probably also left unattended) stood up from her table, grabbed a few menus and started giving them out to other patrons, since none of the servers seemed to start doing that any time soon.I am leaving this negative review because it’s a BREAKFAST place. The staff should EXPECT a rush hour in the morning, and be prepared to handle it swiftly and seamlessly. “We’re busy” is not an excuse when it’s literally the most obvious time frame for you guys to be busy. It’s like living in Canada and be flabbergasted about a snowstorm in winter.

We were given menus covered in jam.The food was ok. We asked for our omelet to be undercooked and it was overcooked.The floors were being washed and the constant moving of the chairs on the tile floor was excessively loud. Not relaxing at all.The men's room reeked of urine and the toilet seat was dirty.The staff was so busy cleaning the place that we had to wait around to be taken care of.The chairs blocked the way for us to move around.Very disappointed with our experience. So much fora $60 meal for 2. Will not be returning

Ate here with my 4 year old for brunch! Service from Amanda was fast and kind and always on top of coffee and checking in. This restaurant is CLEAN, even the bathrooms, so incredibly clean.I have to recommend the vegan hash, it was outstanding. Keep it up Fairview location!
