This is a small Japanese chain restaurant with 4 locations. They prepare several dishes ready for purchase but you can also request anything on their extensive menu. This location also sells bubble tea, and some appetizers including cup noodles. This location is a food stall in the food court of the Pen Centre Mall. The owner, Yuong, ran a Japanese in this exact food stall summer 2014, closed down, and open again as Bear Sushi on 2022-04-05. There are plenty of indoor seats dedicated to the food stall. The stall and seating area are clean. The owner took orders and is very courteous. We ordered the following: 1. Tuna Salmon Combo ($15.99). 2. Wakame Salad ($3.99). 3. Salmon Nigiri without rice (sale, 6 pieces for $6.00) The Tuna Salmon Combo is one of their popular dishes with 12 pieces: 3 salmon sushi, 3 tuna sushi, 3 salmon mini roll, 3 tuna mini roll. The Wakame Salad was quite good. They don't serve sashimi but was willing to serve salmon nigiri without rice so we also had that. Being a food stall, don't expect the seafood to be the freshest like you would get at an expensive fine-dining Japanese restaurant. Note: The rating I gave is compared to a chain sushi restaurant, not compared to fine-dining Japanese restaurants. There is no free WiFi but the shopping mall has free WiFi.
