Unfortunately it was my first and last visit to Thai Express. I have ordered noodles with chicken and paid extra to have vegetables added. I found couple microscopic pieces of mushroom and Chinese broccoli.I asked is the chicken was white meat/ chicken breast but whatever it was I am still chewing it as I am writing this review.One think I have to give them, it’s a talent to cut the mushroom so thin that you can see through them.Definitely will never go back to this or any other location. Plus it was very expensive.

I used to visit Pad Thai expresses all the time a few years ago. Decide to pop in on my way home today with my 2 year old to get takeout.After ordering a pad thai and curry, we waited approx. 40 mins to get these two dishes - only two people ahead of me in line.Staff were unfriendly: at one point (at about 35 mins) I had called “sorry excuse me” to the girls working, to find out if my order had been started yet (if it wasn’t, I was just going to cancel at that point), and for awhile, neither wouldn’t even acknowledge I was talking to them.I won’t be back. I’d rather spend the same amount I did (including tip) and take my family to a sit in restaurant, where quality of food and staff service are worth the wait and money.
Never disappointed with my meals! Always fresh and great customer service. My favourite is the general thairacha.

EXTREMELY slow service. 40 minute wait AT THE RESTAURANT for 2 orders of general thairacha chicken. It wasn’t even busy! 2 orders in front of me! Incompetent employees. Food was decent or this would be one star. Rice was kinda soggy though.
