Specifically ordered a DECAF orange pekoe tea and was given a dark roast coffee... That's unacceptable... This could have been dangerous had it not been caught as soon as it was.
Very disappointing service and not for the first time, but this is my first time to speak up and review. The second lane was open today and I waited patiently behind the gentleman in front to be addressed, but he was ignored twice as two cars were served ahead of him in the other lane. Drive through girl had to ask 3 times how I am paying, but was too busy talking to her coworkers to bother to listen. I mentioned I have a torn rotator cuff so movement in my left arm is very minimal, I could barely grab the coffee from her and she straight up thought it was funny. Disgusting behaviour. That’s what you get for minimum wage.
