This tims used to be the best for the past four years it's been terrible although i always try this location again yet never improves.Today I went to a simple sandwich of a bagel belt and this girl looks at me hands me the sandwich not even wrapped up in the parchment paper(tims wrap). This thing almost fell out as she hands it to me and then i have to pullover wrap it up bring it home and re-make it because the cheese wasn't even melted or anything.I'm not one to leave bad reviews...read full review
Worst oneThere were 4 people in-front and nobody was making my iced coffee I have to double check after that and they started making it I left without taking my coffee as I was getting late as well as took 5 mins to take a wrap order

Terrible customer service. I ordered a tea this morning. They give me this scalding hot cup without a sleeve burning my hand. I asked for one and they said they were out and their truck hadn't delivered them yet so I ask for an extra cup. They refused to give me a cup in substitution unless I paid for the cup. Every time I spoke, I was replied to with an OK, Yep, Sure, Whatever.
