After waiting in the drive through line for 15 or 20 minutes, they'll get you to pay, and they're patient with you doing that, then they push the food at you and expect you to drive off immediately...even make faces and comments to get you to do so, but...word to the wise....be sure your change and order is correct, and make sure you take the time to put your cards and money away properly, before driving off.I've been shorted $40 in change, and missed out on the needed and paid for nutrition, when pertinent ingredients, like lettuce and tomatoes, were missing from the sandwiches.

This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.

Easily the worst Tim Hortons ever, staff may as well be asleep behind the counter they are so slow. Never seems to be any management oversight either. But let’s face it, it’s a captive audience and there’s no other choices. Shame on you Tim HortonsIf I could give a negative rating I would.

Terrible hours. Not open when it says that it should be. How can you have this at a hospital and not have hours to support the staff and visitors there?

Nirmal Panesar

Poor service, made my whole order wrong. Waisted my money here. They really dont know how to work.

Sad that this TH is so poorly run and with such limited hours. Inconvenient for both visitors and hospital staff. Today one of the rude staff members actually raised her hand and flipped off a customer behind his back as he was walking away. I’m not sure what triggered it, but still highly unprofessional. So it’s lousy service, lousy hours and apparently less than desirable staff to add to the long line up wait. Niagara Health should be somehow addressing these issues with this franchise owner. I give it less than 1 star, it’s a very poor reflection of the TH brand name.

I can't really complain, based on the location that atmosphere can't be too uplifting. The service was the best it could be for how long the line up was. The food well it is tim hortons!

If I could give the TH at the St. Catherines hospital a rating of less than one, I would. By far the worst one I have ever ordered from. Staff couldn't care less about customer service with one actually working and up to 3 others at a time standing around in what appears to be a daze. Every time I walked by during the week, the lineup was at least 10-15 minutes and the staff couldn't care less as they have a "captive market." Funny thing is that several nurses commented on how this TH is the worst one in Canada but they have no alternative in the building.

PAINFULLY slow. Needs more staff. Long lineups, ran out of fresh coffee. The male employee doing most of the work.

Horrible location. If they don’t have what you ordered from the app, they don’t bother telling you. They continue to charge your card and then you have to go back in line to ask for a substitution.
