So employees don't have a manager or supervisor even at 4:40pm on a Thursday. Gross rotten lettuce on sandwiches, you try to get an employee's attention and they can't/won't do anything because there is no one in charge. How is that

1 person working the in store person to person ? meanwhile 4 or 5 staff members working drive-thru its a joke every tim hortons has it backwards whatever happen to in person customer service. You can walk in a Starbucks and get multiple ppl serving in person. Tims 25 min for a small coffee? .. watching the drive thru staff heheh it's awesome

This is a great place. I love hanging out here. But only inside. There are to many dirty drug addict, homeless people outside walking around thru the parking lot. Some are not very polite and cross in front of our cars without looking and cause us to almost hit them. I have even seen some ask for money from your patrons. I have been asked myself. But this so far hasn't stopped from using the drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Available spots

Had a terrible experience. We had to stop here on our way back from niagara falls to use the washroom at around 2 am. Upon asking customer service representative we were told that washroom was being cleaned . I waited in a terrible state for about 15 to 20.mins. After which when we asked again we were told by a diff..person that washrooms are closed as they have to be cleaned in the morning.. imagine our state. What is someone supposed to do in such a situation..i mean they could have informed in the first instance we asked..

This location is long over due for a renovation. They just did the Louth Street location and it looks beautiful. That said, louth was in better condition prior to their revamp in comparison to this store is. It looks ancient inside with hints of newer furniture which is now also dated. I don’t think the counter area has been touched since they opened. I hope they decide to do a full renovation soon, in the interim ill enjoy the Louth Street location if i’m dining in.
