I go in..and because the drive thru is so busy, I'm getting ignored. I think people that get out of their car to come in should get priority. And then I received my order Lg coffee 1 cream & a glazed donut. Well coffee was black & donut was plain. ?? I'm so done with Timmys. They all seem to be the same. Sad what used to be a great CANADIAN brand, is now total garbage & NO LONGER CANADIAN!! Remember that when you want to support your own country...this business is no longer Canadian!!!!!!

Date and Time: 25th January 2024, 6:30 am - 7:00 amLocation: Tim Hortons, 260 Lake Street , St.CatharinesDescription of Incident:At approximately 6:30 am on the 25th of January 2024, I visited the Tim Hortons located at 260 Lake Street, St.Catharines. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed that there was no staff member present at the cash point to take orders. I called out to a lady, attempting to get her attention two or three times, but she appeared to be intentionally ignoring me.A manager eventually arrived and began taking orders there was no apology provided for the wait in the rush hour time. It was only at this point that I learned that the front-point machine had been missing for the past month or so.The lady who had been serving me did not have a name tag, and when questioned, she claimed to be a manager. The lack of a visible name tag raised concerns about the transparency of the staff's roles. Additionally, the lady who had initially ignored my attempts to place an order began making faces and offering excuses when questioned about her actions.During this exchange, a lady named Jamie intervened abruptly, asserting herself into the conversation with unsolicited remarks about human rights. Jamie later escalated the situation by making inappropriate comments and demanding to know where I worked, as if it were relevant to the issue at hand. She went as far as telling me not to return to the Tim Hortons.This incident was particularly troubling as it involved not only a lack of basic customer service but also the involvement of staff members behaving rudely and unprofessionally. The absence of an apology and the presence of uncooperative and disrespectful staff have left me with a negative impression of the service provided at this Tim Hortons location.Action Taken:I am submitting this incident report to bring attention to the need for improved customer service and professionalism at this Tim Hortons location. I hope that management will address the issues raised and take appropriate action to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future.

Ran out of food but let customers wait 20 minutes until they reach the register to let them know. Manager is useless and didn't think to put a sign anywhere even after I suggested to her. This location on Christmas was hell - DON'T GO

I understand it's Christmas and all but when everything I ordered is wrong somethings up 2 coffee and 2 tea all made wrong teas have cream coffee didn't have vanilla shots which i paid for food orders were ignored ask for a plain English muffin with double bacon got undercooked bacon with egg not extra bacon and the bacon belt with no tomatoes came with tomatoes which I'm allergic too

Exceptionally hardworking group at a small location. They double checked my order and let me know about the current products that are available. I made a mistake in my order and they were very willing to help me sort out my order for me! 10/10

I called them up for a bulk order, not realizing that it was a gas station Tim's. They only have a small kitchen in the back, but they did not back down, the staff came in early to make sure it got done. Incredibly kind and hard working people.

The staff friendly, good hot coffee and great pastry. We parked and let dogs out on grass on leashes. Easy on and off stop traveling. Got gas, used clean restroom. Thank you.
