Mobile order, turned up 20 mins later and it wasn’t even ready or started. Drive through backed up. Person barely spoke English when I gave my details and struggled to understand what I was asking for. Coffee was gross and food lukewarm. Reminded time and time again why Tims isn’t worth the hassle.

Ordered for takeout - Turkey bacon club sandwich.. asked for no mayo, and it was smothered in it. The bread was completely hard except for the middle, and tasted stale. Iced coffee with extra base - tastes like they put no sugar at all. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
