Just a warning to late night delivery customers. They have incorrectly delivered 3 orders and the order usually arrives late. I live in the north end and watched the drive go to Brock University area and then drive back to deliver my order.

Really. Are they not all the same? Terrible tasting coffee - they call that dark roast? Gimme a break - it is old brown water heated up. The only thing TH has going for them is they are all over. And their 'coffee' is less expensive than many other places, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. McDonalds is better tasting coffee.

The 2 ladies working evening shift do a fairly good job of making some customers very uncomfortable. The morning staff ladies abd the 2 gentlemen in evening are great.However these 2 ladies, I have never went in and they properly greeted us. Not once. Out of over a dozen times we have seen them, they look miserable, don’t greet, look at you directly in the eye as to challenge you.I even tried to make a job to lighten the one lady in the glasses mood, she looked even more confused and miserable. As a minority watching them interact with others while I get treated with disrespect is not something I’m prepared to tolerate anymore. Not sure if they just don’t like minorities or what. They even had a good laugh making fun of us while we pretended we didn’t hear. So they can’t communicate with some customers but are more than ok making fun of them and pretending that we can’t hear them. For such miserable attitudes they sure did know how to smile , to each other. Horrible service. Clean this place up with those 2. It’s in acceptable. Have one standard where your employees treat everyone the same or don’t mind me mentioning potential prejudice

Why does your app force people to donate to your camp charity. Should have the right to choose where someone wants to donate. Will never order from Tim’s again if being forced to donate to their charity and the app makes it look like a tax. Very sneaky and very disappointing
