The manager just sat there texting with a huge line up and then when I ordered I was saying have a good day and take care and I got no response and this is from the manager so I feel bad for the employees ?

very slow service. walk in is terrible. tables have not been cleaned. garbage receptacles were full. people putting garbage on top of shelves or ledtvon tables. never waited for food or drinks as long as I do here. any slower and they will go back in time. the food is okay. the wraps are smaller than other timmies. coffee tasted burnt. not a great experience here

This locations managers are the worst! SCOTT STREET TIMS NEEDS NEW MANAGERS!!! They are rude to both customers and employees. Never seen so much disrespect especially towards a minimum wage payed teen from their middle aged moody and unhappy manager. The least you could do is respect them for showing up to such place to work for you.Overheard a manager ask an employee to pick something off the floor during a rush, employees were not happy about manager 'Kim'... like seriously, atleast let the rush finish then worry about whatever has been dropped, least you could do is pick it up yourself instead of standing around giving orders DURING A RUSH.The most toxic work environment from what I have seen so far, do not recommend.

More often than not our two drink order is wrong, DD ST w M comes to us as a DD coffee. And if they do get us at ST it's hardly ever hot. Ordered a 20 pack on timbits, lady couldn't be bothered cause the box was too low ( we over heard this) we asked for no birthday cake. We got everything but the stuff that was on the bottom shelf, yes including the birthday cake we didn't want. If your staff can't bend over to reach something, pair them with someone who can, not two people who won't/cant.

This review is for Shelley at front cash.She had a line of people behind me. Mine and another lady in front of me had already ordered our coffee.She had pots of coffee so she wasn't waiting for a pot to brew...and she decided to literally stop and fill napkins for a solid two minutes. ...A manager had to step in and take over.I asked the lady who had a coffee in front of me as we both left; "was she just filling napkins instead of making our coffees?" - "Yes".I needed to confirm because of how non chalant Shelley was being.Please Re-train her.She needs to prioritize customers and customer service.
