Honestly if I could rate this lower than one star I would. I used to LOVE this restaurant but the quality has seriously gone downhill and I've given it several chances. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered the Spicy burger and the order was completely wrong. They used regular jalapenos instead of deep fried, and processed cheese instead of cheddar cheese, among other things wrong with the order. This may not sound like much but if I am paying extra for the special burger I expect the premium products that I'm paying for, and that my order will be correct. I was denied a refund and am now out money that I can't get back for another dinner (I have dietary issues with processed cheddar and cannot eat the burger). The poutine tasted like someone put Lysol in the gravy. Additionally, the restaurant always smells like sewage and is really off-putting. I will NEVER waste money here again and am EXTREMELY disappointed. Definitely a waste of a birthday dinner.

This place is disgusting! Burger was grey, pitas were old, the chicken was dry and the cups were from 2022! Filthy inside....do not go. I don't know how it passed the inspection. The only recommendation is RUN AWAY!

This was the worst souvlaki pita I have had. I always used to come to this location looks like new owners. The chicken is pre cooked NOT fresh cooked on the grill like it used to be just reheated. It tastes like it was pre boiled or something....and kind of mushy. Lettuce was getting stringy too. I will never return to this location again and may just switch to pita pit.In response to owners reply: this is the only UNeedAPita location I have ever gone to and YES they did cook the chicken fresh on the grill in front of customers. I used to watch them put the raw chicken on the grill/griddle and I would not mind to wait an extra couple of minutes for the much better flavour.

Used to come here all the time. Went to get a rice bowl and fry bowl today and I was so disappointed. Rice was undercooked, and hard. They put very minimal toppings on, including the chicken. When I say minimal, I mean MINIMAL. They had literally pinched the toppings. My fry bowl was half full, and not filling. Very disappointed.

Have never done a review before but felt like I needed to for my experience. Food was made fast and the lady who was behind the counter was extremely nice and had a big smile the whole time. Probably one of the best take out experience I've ever had.
Waited 15 minutes for a classic poutine. This location feels very dirty. The food tasted burnt and the gravy had zero flavour. Will not be returning.

Raw burgers, poutines made wrong and when I went back in the employee was incredibly rude. She questioned me (poutine was made with no toppings at all) and then pulled the order slip back out of the garbage and put it on the food prep surface while she remade the order. Did not care a bit that my burgers were raw and only remade the poutines. It took 47 minutes start to finish to get 2 raw burgers and 2 poutines. I submitted this to their contact form but didn't get a response- guess lack of care isn't limited to one employee.

Staff was nice. Got a veggie pita. Was asked if I wanted mushrooms, onions, and peppers done on the grill. I said yes. She said my pita was small and if I wanted more lettuce. I said no to the lettuce. Get home to find out I barely got any of the grilled veggies. I found 1 price of pepper and a couple pieces of onion. Super disappointed.

My son and I are out here for a hockey tournament. The burgers are great as is the poutine. Would highly recommend to anyone coming out this way to Niagara! The staff was also very nice! Need one of these in Michigan.
