We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable Italian feast at Valley Restaurant in St. Catherine! Their commitment to quality and service shines through every bite, making each dish truly divine. Their kindness and attention to detail served as a reminder as to how hospitality and culinary excellence should look. 5/5

Last night I had dinner at the Valley. The food was beautifully prepared, with a lovely ambiance , as well our server Pam was excellent and the food came out quick. This was such a wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

I have been looking forward to dining at this so-called “amazing Italian restaurant” since moving to St. Catharine’s. I ordered the Veal parmigiana, and it was very good, but my side of pasta that came with it was cold. My partner ordered the $42 short rib dish, and it came out with more than 70% fat and maybe 4 bites of meat. It was absurd! We ended up leaving hungry & down $140 for 2 people. This experience was incredibly disappointing especially with all of the amazing reviews I’ve heard. Will not return.

The inside of the restaurant is very elegant and was the perfect compliment to marvellously tasteful meal.I took a lot of time to decide on what to order. However the staff were extremely patient and kind despite how busy they were. They were also very kind in regard to dining alone for my birthday.I was brought over a very generous amount of gelato as almost if the staff knew how found I was of desert.

We went last night for our 2nd visit. The experience left a lot to be desired. Our server was really nice, but she must have been really busy. Our glasses of water were only filled once when we were sat. I ordered the soup of the day, and as the waitress poured the liquid into the bowl, it splattered all over my dress shirt. The dirty dishes from the appetizers remained on the table for an extended period of time. Once the entrees were brought to the table, a party of 10 was seated right beside us. It became so LOUD that it ruined the experience. We couldn't even hear each other speak, and we were at a table of 2. I rushed through my entrée and my girlfriend finished half of hers before asking for a take-out container and the bill. The staff seemed so busy that we seemed like a bit of an afterthought. We will not be rushing back.

My wife and I have been dining here for years. Prior to covid this was a gem a 5 star every time all around. Not sure if they have a new chef but if so fire him. Pasta was nothing like we remember clams meatless and i actually had a scallop cut in half, perhaps it was to lrg to fit the budget of the 40$ plate, very unprofessional. $160 I enjoyed the glass of wine and the 10 muscles app, the rest I fed to my dogs. The tall gentleman that served us was amazing 5 stars to you. Will not be returning, super disappointed.

Cute and authentic locally historic Italian venue. Love the atmosphere and the history attached to this place:) Expansive menu, So many choices ! Have to make this a regular priority when in St. Catharine's to try out the whole menu. Everything authentic house made pasta, the chefs specials were delicious , the appetizers are filling enough! Wine menu is heavily Niagara, but the Italian selections are lovely.

The restaurant was busy and we were seated beside a table of 8....so-needless to say it was noisy. We seemed to have 2 waitresses which I think was one too many. They both checked on us too often. My girlfriend and I were trying to have a relaxing meal and they interrupted us far too often. Also the secondary waitress took my girlfriend's plate away while she was still eating bread. Honestly what is the hurry,,,,The food was good but I would not go back for these reasons.

Good food. Acceptable prices. Nice ambience. Terrible service. Did not get greeted by hostess nor the server. Drinks and food took exceptionally long. Extremely loud in such a small place. Would not return unless re-training occurs and kitchen moves faster.
