I just got a chicken sandwich that was so over cooked and obviously sat for hours and hours it’s sooo disgusting lettuce looked old and wilted

Last night We decided to grab a quick dinner for the 3 of us, each of us grabbed a combo .As the bag was handed over, the tray of drinks was handed thru the window and the one tipped over with spilling a bit, during this time the girl handing the food over just laughed it off with us and we left not checking the bagDrove home (15 min away ) got home, realized a chicken burger and 2 large fries were missing, attempted to call the store multiple times to no answer.Drove back to the store, approached the young girl at the cash, explained the situation and she said she would grab the manager.Well, out stomps the “manager” from her back cage she crawled out from, who was very clearing annoyed for having to get up and deal with something.She comes over and we calmly explain and she snaps back at us and another customer who also was not giving his correct meal, she takes the wrong meal that the young man had and chucks them into the garbage, what a waste of product, doesn’t speak to any of us, just basically throws the bag at me and walks away.She was extremely rude, not once did she apologize even after when it was pointed out that she did not give one nor try to make things better.Also once we drove back home with the “fresh “ new burger and fries, the bag had barely any fries and they were not fresh at all, these meals are not cheap now and this was an unfortunate event where none of us will be backWas just looking for an apology,, people make mistakes, even when pointing that out she gave some sore of smirk and argued but that is not how you handle any type of concerns.I think she needs to be kept in the back away from any customer because the way she acted is unacceptable

This place is the best place to eat lunch!! I always get chili cheese nachos with extra chili and a seniors coffee with double cream. The price is always $2.50. Yup that correct!! But the best part is the staff starting with Pam. Kelsey, Abby and Macey always do amazing work too. They're great - ALWAYS SMILING!!! I can order this four times and still not spend as much as I would at A&W with a burger combo and this is way more healthy. This place is always busy and it is easy to see why!!! I'm there always once a week after hockey and sometimes twice or more.

Store and mobile app are totally different. App sold us items the store doesn't have. Store couldn't modify the mobile order and had no suitable substitute. Got home and the order was wrong, with lesser value items and even though 6pm rush, food was all old and cold.
Used to frequent here as I work nearby, but the last few times the food has been absolutely terrible. Salads with brown lettuce and dried out chicken, chicken wraps with more hard, dried out chicken. Just gross. Won't be returning anymore.
