Where to start? Every time I walked in, nobody acknowledged me. I stood waiting for someone to greet me. I ended up going up to the staff requesting to be seated. The servers are disorganized and don't seem to know how to keep up with busy times. The manager walks around with a nasty hairy belly and wipes his nose over the food he delivers. This place is not welcoming or well run.

First time was great on Wednesday we went for wings, the second time we returned with friends and family so they can try their awesome wings we hyped up so much and wow our server was extremely rude, unbelievably unprofessional and the wings were absolutely terrible and some of the were almost raw. We asked ahead of time if we can order just flat wings and over the phone we were told it's no problem but when we got there we got more than 10 excuses about how the owner is there and how the how the "main cook" was there from our server, who also refused to give us her name and didn't bring out bill when we finished eating we had to get up and pay at the bar before leaving. When we arrived we weren't greeted for atleast 10 minutes even tho plenty of staff seen us come in.Extremely unsatisfied, will never return to this place again which is unfortunate as the first time our server Rebecca was amazing and the wings were great and we were able to get all flats, but wow manegment needs to figure out the server working there ruining their business, and customers from returning.

The worst place to go to eat. The waitress's attention was terrible. In the end I ordered some wings and pizza. The wings were raw. This can kill people. In the end when asking for the bill I told the waitress this is raw she just said oh that's true and I repeated the dish but I had to pay for it This happened to me a while ago and I hadn't made my comment until just now.

I wanted to share my experience at this amazing place - it's an absolute gem! The atmosphere here is perfect for dancing, dining, and unwinding. I recently attended the Social Dance event hosted by Salsa Dancing Niagara, and it was phenomenal! The location is stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy great vibes and fantastic experiences.

Service was brutally slow for a place that wasn't very busy. Food is good but if you are going to offer an all you can eat wing night you need to be able to do it quicker. Not everyone has three hours to kill to get three orders of wings.

We came in as a walk in party of ten, on 5 separate bills. The space here was adequate to accommodate us even though they were pretty busy. We came here on a limb and weren't sure what to expect but we ended up having an awesome experience. Not only was the food great including large portion sizes, the restaurant was clean, spacious and we received quick and exceptional service as well. Our server Shannon took great care of our party. She was friendly, accurate and unfazed by our loud selves and loud group. Shannon is great at her job and hopefully she receives some recognition for how great she is at her job. She was personal, approachable and funny. She got everything right and stayed on top of our drinks and the quality of the food/the service. For a last minute choice to come here, we will definitely be back. The food was amazing too! 10/10 experience! The price was great as well! Two meals, an app and two drinks for $60 including upgrades on our meal sides. I definitely would recommend this restaurant. It's family friendly and again, super clean.My only complaint, **IF** I had one, would be to have the option of a steak on the menu, especially since you offer a steak sandwich already but putting that aside, the food was fantastic. We stopped in to watch the hockey game while we enjoyed a drink. We ordered the loaded perogies as an appetizer, and them immediately regretted not choosing this place for dinner earlier. The appetizer was delicious and plenty for the two of us to split. The bartender was attentive and interesting. It was a weeknight so there weren't many other customers. The hotel itself is so-so, but this place is a hidden gem inside it.
