“Whoever was working at 6pm on Wed march 29th deserves a pat on the back. The two of them did a great job woth countless orders coming in remotely and customers walking, they kept calm and filled orders with fast efficiency. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work !!!“
“Today I visited your McDonald’s restaurant in St. Mary’s ON , at 6:45 pm ..there was a female worker with pink hair who was extremely exceptional at her duties as the front till worker . This girl was literally doing at least 3 jobs at the same time ., keeping the dining room full / happy making sure she told all customers to have a great day . So helpful. Not only that the drive through was completely full dining room full and this did not disturb her one bit.She was taking orders / cooking fries / begging orders / doing customer survive, as well as helping people who would come asking for sauces ect. I just could not believe how hard this individual was working with a smile and totally not being bothered by the rush .This employee I’m not sure the name needs to be recognized. My whole experience depended on her holding it together. I was frustrated because the wait . She took all that frustration away watching her literally jog to make our order . 2 vanilla chai frappe, she not only took my order but she made it and delivered it as well ., is there anything this employee can’t do .McDonald’s this employee needs praise . Take a look at the sales from Friday Feb9th 2024 at 6pm-7pm and take a look at the minimum staff on this evening..the 4 employees tonight were completely understaffed, the girl at the front . She was incapable, doing multiple jobs with a smile wile tending to customers in the dining room . I wanted to go out of my way to do something to show appreciation to this employee. I was ready to walk away and never return to the st. Mary’s McDonald’s again . Then I was greeted with a smile apologized to about the wait . And my order was taken with complete respect. You cannot find good employees dedicated to making the customers experience the best it can be .. these workers are few and far between these days . Please show this employee appreciation.. she was working the front till in st. Mary’s February 9th 2024 dinner evening shift . Unbelievable great customer service.She belongs in the corporate part of McDonald’s not on the floor . Watch the video of this employee how she works with others and betters every one around her wile setting an example as a leader . I don’t know how else to put things . This employee is amazing at her duties. Plus more ! Wow ..just wow there are people out there that take pride in there work 100% of the time even when things are most busy on a Friday evening. Bravo“
“Harveys is harveys, very clean and uniformed franchise.Food is greatService was the negative. Rude, EXTREMELY Chinsy on my toppings (maybe 10 pieces of Lettuce and 2 hot peppers??) I asked for more, server rolled their eyes and sarcastically asked how much more to make me happy.What does the worker care if I want 4 or 6 not peppers, not 2? Not out of her paycheck and very demeaning experience at a restaurant that prides itself on letting me choose my own toppings.“
“Met up with friend here to grab some food and chat. Stayed for HOURS. The space was freezing, that's my only complaint. The staff are super friendly and even comped us a dipping sauce. I'd honestly go more often...if they turn up the heat, my feet were frozen! The cheesy garlic bread was delicious, as was the Greek pizza. I prefer breaded wings, but that's just me.Vegetarian options: Loads of veggie options for za or sidesKid-friendliness: There was a toddler running about, having a grand time, and we all enjoyed her antics. Unsure if they have a coloring menu or such for kids, though.“
