My partner and I just ordered at your restaurant and were so happy with how friendly, eager to help, and knowledgeable the young man behind the counter was. He seemed to be in training and still provided the best customer service I’ve seen/received in a long time. Thank you so much for brightening our day! Our subs were perfect and the vibes were great!

Little tip for new-comers of Stirling and tourists, always try to go in the evening! You’re guaranteed better service, better-tasting food, and more polite staff. Any time I’ve gone there while the night shift girls are on, even if they’re out of something or can’t make something for me they’re super friendly about it and recommend other amazing options! Love these girls :)

Love subway and generally enjoy all subways the same. Unfortunately the one in Stirling continues to let me down. There is one employee that seems to argue or make demeaning comments each time I seem to be in there. She always starts extremely friendly with an almost whiny voice greeting you before you order. Today experience was once again disappointing because of her. When I arrived she was making what I found out to be a platter. The other friendly girl helped me. When I asked to order a tuna sub at 11:15am the other girl (making platter) said “nope your going to have to order something else as I am likely going to need that tuna to finish the platter”. I then asked the girl helping me if there was other tuna that could be used. She asked the girl making the platter and the ignorant response was “there is but I’m not making it now”. So I ended up ordering something else. But I will avoid this subway(especially if she is working) and be sure to let all the people I know the same.
