We went to this place for husband’s birthday a couple of weeks ago and I must say that it was a major disappointment. We ordered soup, spring rolls and two vegetarian dishes to share. The sharing dishes were way too tiny and overpriced ($80 for not much at all). The spicy lucky dragon noodles were not spicy at all and completely tasteless. The service was fast but somewhat impersonal and indifferent. We will not go back.

We called to order food. My mother asked if there was a cost to switching out an item in the 6 person dinner. They said there's a 1$ switch out fee. My mom said maybe as they're more expensive than a local competitor they could switch it out at no cost. The lady on the phone got extremely rude and condescending saying if we want quality we have to pay for it and then hung up abruptly.My mother called back and asked why she hung up on her and to try and complete the order, the lady was immediately rude and said she put the order through. Even though she had hung up on us. My mom told her to cancel it and the lady hung up again.Reading all the other reviews I'm amazed this place is still operating.They also seem to nickel and dime customers on everything, including if you want them to bring a card machine on a delivery.Wild how rude she was, and that this isn't a new issue and they still have her answering the phones.

I ordered beef with wide noodles in black bean sauce. Well, at least that’s what the menu said. The dish had no black bean sauce whatsoever and was basically just dry pieces of beef, onions, green peppers and wide noodles. I have ordered this dish from multiple other restaurants and never had such a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dish or this restaurant. I paid close to $60 (with tip) for that and General Tao’s chicken. Total rip-off. Won’t give this restaurant any future business and I suggest you avoid it as well.

Service on the phone was good and the rice was ready when I arrived. Within 10 min. It was my first time. I got the combo fried rice and bought it home. I was worried... it looked possibly overcooked but it was really good, tasted better than expected. Not sure if anyone else likes this place as it was dead and no one has ever told me about it but I'd go back and try something else for sure.

Great experience, fast-service. The menu had great family dinner and single combinations, including an even better dim sum menu. The Shrimp Siu Mai was the best i've had in the city. Definitely coming back.

Will not return ,fried rice tastes like made 3 days ago and re heated.Chicken balls were not eaten too dried out could not cut into them .Waiter not friendly , I asked if I had to pay for my friend s chicken balls which she could not chew he replied yes it was a combo plate .No customers only us I can see why . Will go to Golden Palace where they know how to cook Chinese food .

we would go a few times a month to eat in. when covid happened, we ordered out. The last time we placed an order when my husband go home he was quite upset, no egg rolls. we ordered 12 egg rolls and nothing. my husband called and she denied that we ordered the 12. my husband said hey, i placed an order, i got general tai, my chicken guy ding and chicken balles and fried rice but no egg rolls, she said we did not order the egg rolls, she just blatenly denied we didnt order them. so its been aquite a while that we havent ordered tonight march 2023 we called for 12 egg rolles white rice. same voice from before answered she says number, my husband told her, name, my husband told her, ah i think you'd better order somewhere else. husband said what! order some where else. he said to her is this because of the last time i called for the egg rolls / yes she said. my husband said it wasnt my fault you didnt write it down, and response order some where else. I think shes a very rude person to have said that and the restaurant must be making so much money that they can just turn away elderly people. I just hope other people get wise to her. She is a bad person she thinks to much of herself. I guess we didnt tip her enough. I HOPE THAT PEOPLE GET WISE HER and THE RESTAURENT and ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. they are over priced .

We had a great meal! We ordered the dinner for 4 with the addition of general thao chicken. Such a good meal. The food was fresh and hot. The chicken balls were perfect and the egg roll was the best we have had. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Just ordered from this place a week ago, the food was exceptional, huge portion sizes, and wonderful service/efficiency. Before coming to write this review, I noticed a decent amount of bad reviews. Mainly complaining about customer service, I personally will say that the customer service I’ve received has been great! The owner is very kind and looks to work very hard. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend Lucky Dragon!
