This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the place in always clean the service is prompt and friendly.I have been here many times and it is always the best service of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to.Please keep doing what you do!

The food I ordered was not complete. I ordered a Mcchicken & they forgot to put the chicken in the bun. I was left with only the toppings. Not a good experience!

My kid got a happy meal, and she order 4 chicken nuggets. She only got 2 chicken nuggets and no sauce! This ruined our weekend.

As a previous manager at McDonald’s I like to give the benefit of the doubt , I get mistakes can be made- human error but at this location I know I’m either leaving without something I paid for OR like today I just waited 25 mins in the drive thru. That is not okay, and to make it worse my food didn’t even come hot and fresh - manager admitted I was forgot about, apologized but nothing else. Not okay

I’m hesitant to leave a bad review, especially at a place that mostly employs young teenagers. I don’t blame teens for making mistakes, but some quality control needs to be in place. This is the second time we ordered nugget combos and received stale food that was clearly made much earlier. To make matters worse, both times they forgot to give us our sauce, despite ordering multiple nugget combos with sweet and sour sauce. So now we have old, stale, cold, dry nuggets. Even my toddler who was looking forward to her happy meal won’t eat them. So disappointing to get home with food only to have to figure something else out.

Ordered Uber eats from stittsville location. Worst ever. Waste of money. The burgers were dry, didn't put cheese on our big macs, miniscule dressings, signature burger i usually get was terrible. I don't know what kind of staff they are hiring to prep the food but the crew tonight obviously don't care for quality. Terry Fox location from now on. Buyer beware.

Coffee tastes like it’s been sitting all day and they took it out of a sewer. “Crap water”. And the food was a soggy disaster. Would 100% percent recommend going to a different location.
There is not a single experience i’ve had that has made me satisfied, every single time I go the workers always have a excuse that their machines are broken and they can never serve ice cream or milkshakes, when in reality it’s because they are too lazy to refill

How complicated is no sauce?Apologize for the computer and doing what it says all you want …… I asked for no sauce I don’t speak McDonald’s computer one receipt says no mayo sauce and another says no chicken sauceI see the communication issue and it’s NOT what I ordered it’s how you decide to plug it inDo I want to return for. Consistently the worst McDonald’s everGot food poisoning and when I went in to complain, they were very rude.I saw them handle money and food at the same time without washing hands or gloves. The manager also screamed at a 16 year old employee for messing up an order and made her cry.Do not go here or support them.
