I went to Tim Hortons today to order a lunch. I did wait for a bit because there were only 2 staff and the drive through seemed to be busy and needed and received faster service. The lady was polite but she used and kept on the same gloves the whole time.? punching in orders, taking cash, touching the machine, and the same gloves going right into the food drawer to pull out the eggs and cheese and making people’s sandwiches. Again a nice lady, but very unhygienic and so much cross contamination when making food where everyone can clearly see.

Kid-friendliness: In this store, I am comfortable coming every single day and ordering my breakfast for my family, like bagels and bacon farmerswrap, and they were very friendly while serving, especially with my kids, who like to visit this store every day before I drop them off at school.

I went through the drive-through today to order a large ice-cap, which is my typical favourite. When I picked it up at service window, it was a black ice-cap without milk. There was a long line-up cars behind me, so I had to pull in the front to question about the wrong product they gave me. The Tim Horton staff tried to defend they made the order right and checked with their manager to see if they would do another right one for me. The staff made another one for me with upset mode. It's very bad customer service and didn't apologize or sorry for making wrong order and losing my time to complaint to them. I won't buy food from this business any more.

Just ordered a bagel BELT with mayo, hash brown and tea. After waiting 10 minutes, the hash brown was ice cold, the bagel BELT had no mayo and was slapped together falling apart. We then went through the drive through asking for a new order with a hot hash brown and the mayo on the bagel BELT. We received, the same ice cold hash brown and the bagel BELT had no cheese. The service was abrupt and unfriendly when we ordered inside, but even more so at the drive through. We often frequent the Tim's at Hazeldean/Terry Fox and have never been met with this terrible service and abrupt, rude interaction. Such a shame because, the place looks clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the staff do not realize that this sort of treatment takes business away from this location and sends it to other nearby ones.

This Tim Hortons is the best service !! I had to ask the names of theses two guys working there , Shanu & Rushil :) They were fast, had the place very clean & so courteous and on top of their game ! Wow, made sure I felt like a valued customer and making my order EXACTLY what i asked for! Koodos Tim's for hiring theses two! Im very pleased wityh the service there anbd my number one choice when i go to the area! I will even do the detour! Thanks so much guys!Caroline ;)

I am disgusted. I could not order a coffee because I had my little dog with me. Pathetic.
Ice coffee is already expired coffee, watered down with ice and double the price.Don't be cheap and refuse to fill the cup to the top. Won't return.

I understand it can get busy and hectic, but I can assure you that people will put up with the wait if you greet them with a smile and take the time to make their coffee properly. I stop here every weekday and have for the last two years. My coffee is screwed up a minimum of one out of every 5 times. Not asking for much, one cream and two sugar ...... One out of every five days, I get to the office, take a sip of my coffee, throw it in the garbage and wonder why it's so difficult?

This review is for PARAM, the lady who was serving us at drive thru today. She is the most horrible and rude Tim hortons employee we have ever experienced in this branch that we come to every single day for years now. We ordered ice coffee with a topping of whipped cream from the app before arriving at the window. She gave us the drink without the topping. Upon saying that they missed the topping and can they please give it, she said no one ever orders their ice coffee with topping!! To that we said the app allows to add toppings, irrespective of if others like it or not, we would still like to have the topping. She refused to do so saying the app will allow just about anything and that it's not her problem!! We didn't get her or her angst! Why would someone in their right mind get agitated in a one minute conversation in drive thru over someone's choice of the order that they have already paid for on the app before arriving at the window? Anyhow, now that she didn't give the topping, we asked her to give the credit back of the topping to us (it's 60 cents over the ice coffee), she argued that it's not possible! Lol, can someone please help us understand this - No topping but no refund either! Upon calling that out she handed 60 cents from the window in the most disrespectful and rude gesture. What's going on with this! We hope someone from their team contacts us so we can send this feedback with the manager there.

Today I was in Tim Hortons with a friend on Hazeldean Road in Stittsville Ontario. There was only one other person in there besides us. We both ordered a roast beef craveable which had absolutely no flavour very little sauce or onions. We asked for more of both and after waiting for about 10 minutes we finally got what we asked for. Further more, the store was dirty and the staff were not very accommodating. Consequently we won’t be back.Vegetarian options: No comment
