We were at mall location at 7:15pm. Asked for sugancane juice. Service was refused saying we have cleaned the machine keeping in mind the store is open till 9:00pm. This is so rediclous. Owner is loosing business big time. Again at 7.15 most of the machines were closed. Never ever coming back. They don't deserve any

Ordered a smoothie and it was super watery and lacked any sweetness. Worker was nice but the drink was not even remotely close to a smoothie. For $10 I wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a brown sugar bubbletea and it tastes so off. It tastes like no other brown sugar bubble tea I've had anywhere else and the tapioca pearls are also off. Worst bubble tea I've ever had. If you want bubble tea go to a legitimate bubble tea shop, this is just not it. You can even tell the consistency isn't right when you look at it.
