This is a little late but this very nice lady, I think her name was Amanda made this drink for me when I asked her to surprise me. The whole interaction with her through drive thru was just so pleasant. She made my bad day happy(: I now order this drink just as often as my favourite Peppermint Mocha Frappe ?
This is my go to Starbucks when in Stoney Creek. It can be busy at times on the weekends but I've found the service to be fast and friendly. The food items and coffee is on par with other Starbucks locations.

Waited 5 minutes to be served. I just wanted a coffee so I'm not sure why it took so long. Cashier was pleasant but unfortunately they had no sugar, or brown sugar. A Starbucks should never be out of sugar.
